Within its Emergency Livelihoods support program, IOM will implement community support projects with different municipalities directed to vulnerable Syrian and Lebanese. Under the overall guidance of the Head of Office and Emergency Response and Stabilization Coordinator, and under the direct supervision of the Livelihoods Program Officer, and in close coordination with the Sub-office Emergency Team the incumbent will be responsible for assisting in the daily field implementation, monitoring and reporting of the project in coordination with the beneficiaries, the community and the municipalities.
Support the implementation of the community support and livelihoods projects to ensure it meets the stated objectives;
Assist in the identification of beneficiaries;
Provide day to day support beneficiaries;
Ensure attendance sheet and other relevant documentation is properly filled in and processed;
Provide feedback on the achievements and constraints of the project ;
Report on the use of all materials and items;
Perform data collection and data entry;
Perform any other duty assigned.
