Field Assistant (Baalbek)

1. Assist in coordinating activities of DARI Centre team (staff and animators) ;
2. In coordination with the PM, participate in the definition of the overall action plan and the detailed schedule of activities of the Center;
3. Assist the organization of activities, including trainings, community events, etc. ensuring that event packages are prepared and all logistics are organized;
4. Support the PM in liaising with local authorities, local SDC, NGOs and any other national and international relevant actors in PSS in the target area;
5. Participate in the selection of community-based activities to be implemented in the area;
6. Support proper and quality monitoring of project activities;
7. Draft weekly, monthly and quarterly report as per the requirement of the project;
8. In coordination with the PM support DARI Centre team in maintaining a record system with disaggregated data on community participation and access to activities;
9. In coordination with the PM support DARI Centre team in strengthening the existing referral system and monitor its correct application;
10. Support DARI Centre/SDC team in the preparation of a sustainability plan;
11. Provide all required support during training, including collection of training material, and coordination of informal interpretation services for international staff;
12. In coordination with the PM, participate in meetings of the local sector working group.
13. Provide administrative support whereas required for the implementation of activities in the target area (bidding, procurement, etc.);
14. Any other duty as may be assigned by the PM.
