Field Operations Clerk

Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission, direct supervision of the Operations Officer and in close coordination with the  Field Operations Assistant in Bekaa, the incumbent will perform the following functions:   To notify Migrants/Refugees on Interview schedule, medical and Cultural orientation, and travel details, and to coordinate with both Beirut and the field office accordingly and if need be assist the logistics of Cultural Orientation. To gather from the Migrants/refugees that all the required and valid documentations from the migrant/refugees themselves in order to prepare their movements, if incomplete to notify the supervisor accordingly. Perform escort duties from the field office to Beirut for the all the countries accepting refugee for resettlement either for Selections mission, Medical Health Assessment and Medical follow up, Cultural Orientation and departures Assist in filling up all the necessary documents and forms for the exit visa process and movements to the capital Assisting in completing all administrative work that is required for the migrant/refugee prior their departure. At the request of the supervisor assist and facilitate cross border movements coming from Syria at the Masna border including cross border formalities. Assist to complete all the administrative and financial documents that are required by the finance/administration department as necessary. Answer refugees’ enquiries over the phone and when approaching the office for more details. Perform other related duties as assigned
