Phone Operator /Client Scheduling Clerk

 

  1. Act as Operator primarily responsible of scheduling appointments, screen and refer calls, take messages as needed; fill out appropriate forms in response to callers’ requests for specific information and forward to relevant departments for action
  2. Calling applicants for appointments for both stages, Health Assessment and Pre-Departure Medical Screening, MAF assessment in coordination with doctor’s focal point
  3. Update daily lists of all appointments scheduled and share with designated DPA , PEC PDMS  Migration Health Physician and MHAC based designated staff member
  4. Assisting the data team in checking all files on MiMOSA before proceeding in scheduling the cases
  5. Assisting designated DPA in preparation, scanning and printing documents
  6. Assist in scheduling timetable and number of applicants on doctors in coordination and confirmation from the designated DPA and PEC PDMS Migration Health Physician
  7. Assisting designated DPA/staff in file preparation, sealing of Medical Forms  that are to be transferred  to operation colleagues
  8. Aiding doctors and nurses in photocopying, scanning and printing extra lab documents and medical repots
  9. Crowd control and organize the applicants seating as they wait for their turn for medical check
  10. Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by the supervisors.
