Under the overall supervision of the Head of IOM Office and the direct supervision of the Emergency Response and Stabilization Coordinator and in coordination with the Emergency Project Assistant the incumbent will perform the following functions:
Oversee distribution of all NFIs and FIs.
Attend district WGs and cluster meetings as requested by the Emergency Operations/Project Assistant
Monitor warehouses and storage and advice the Emergency Unit in Beirut on stock availability and needs.
Prepare inventory reports and advise accordingly.
Liaise with local authorities to identify community needs and gaps
Prepare reports and statistics regarding Syrian refugees
Liaise with Beirut office and update on situation on the ground
Guide and monitor the field staff and prepare work plans
Liaise with Operations Officer/Project Assistant and organize all field trips particularly donor ones
Participate in development of projects related to the field needs in coordination with the Emergency Unit in Beirut
Perform any other duties you may be assigned
