Project Assistant (Levant)

  1. Provide general in the implementation of the nationally-based activities within the regional IOM project, ATIP-LEVANT.
  2. Assist in data entry of relevant beneficiary data, in line with IOM’s Data Protection Principles. Screening of beneficiaries for direct assistance, where requested
  3. Assist the Levant program coordinator in drafting minutes of meetings, emails, reports and other project-related correspondence.
  4. Assist in the logistic/ administrative support and organization of project conferences/ workshops/ trainings/ community dialogue sessions.
  5. Prepare list of available services for trafficked and at-risk populations.
  6.  Undertake duty travels as required.
  7. Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

Completed bachelor degree from an accredited academic institution preferably in Law, Political or Social science, international affairs, or related field.

One year of experience in relevant professional experience in the area of migration; proven experience in acting as facilitator of discussion, have a knowledge of migrant’s thematic topics, i.e. trafficking in persons, labor migration, etc, have ability of writing skills including to produce concise document.
