Project Clerk (Emergency and Stabilization Department) - Based in Zahleh, covering the Bekaa area

 

Support the identification and prioritization of Social Stability and Livelihoods interventions in the field.

 

Support with the distribution of Shelter and cash-Based Assistance.

 

In coordination with the Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant, conduct household visits in the field covering the assessment phase, focus group Discussions, data entry, selection of beneficiaries from both the host community and displaced Syrian communities including municipalities, community representatives, women and youth groups.

 

 

Update work plans and reports as may be assigned.

Monitor the attendance and performance of cash-for-work beneficiaries and ensure that attendance sheets and other relevant documentation are properly filled in and submitted in a timely manner.

 

In coordination with Beirut-based programme staff, follow-up and liaise with project stakeholders in maintaining project administration systems for all Emergency and Stabilization projects. 

 

Perform other duties as may be assigned.
