Psychologist

In the frame of the activities of the project “Multi-Sector Assistance to Populations Affected by the Syrian Crisis in Neighbouring Countries (Lebanon component) under the overall supervision of the Head of the IOM Mission in Lebanon, the supervision of the Psychosocial Program Manager, and the direct supervision of the psychosocial program coordinator, the incumbent will:     a)      Provide counseling services for families and individuals b)      Identify severe cases that require specialized intervention and refer them to the specialized professionals c)      Coordinate with the team members as to referring cases that need to be integrated within the psychosocial animation groups d)     Provide psychosocial first aid to the affected population in case of sudden/on-going emergency e)      Report on the sessions conducted f)       Map the existing needs g)      Organize support groups and forums for the population h)      any other duty as may be assigned
