Re-Advertised - Ntp Radiology Technician - 1 Position In Saida And 1 Position In Karantina

General: Under the overall supervision of the IOM Representative in Lebanon and the Chief Medical Officer (UN-Migration Agency)  Beirut, and the technical direction of the Technical officer TB/HIV and the National Tuberculosis Programme Coordinator of MOPH Lebanon, the incumbent will be responsible and accountable for implementing activities within the framework of the project Middle East Response for TB/ HIV and Malaria funded by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. In particular, he/she will have the following tasks: Prepare patients for radiology testing at the NTP center. Ensure all radiology equipment are functioning properly with regular maintenance and quality checks being performed. Reports on stock level of X-Ray films and their quality. Update physicians about radiology testings for patients promptly as well as recording these results in designated registers. Adhere to and implement safety measures regarding protection of patients wearing protective equipment and monitoring radiation exposure as advised by the NTP. Abide by the guidelines and clinical practices of the National Tuberculosis Program (NTP). Participate in staff evaluation by the NTP physician in charge on a regular basis to ensure proper completion of assigned tasks. Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
