1-    Co-ordinates COM/Officer in charge’s appointments/travels. Records appointments, calls keeps/ updates of the com/OIC’s address/phone indexes.   2-    Responsible for all incoming and outgoing calls. Ensure a log system for international calls is maintained.     3-    Arranges staff travel and hotel arrangements as well as the itinerary of IOM visitors. Welcomes calls and visitors, relays messages from and the other IOM missions   4-    Arranges and prepares office for all meetings, including tidiness of the conference room, drinks for meeting participants and related needs.     5-    Translates documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.     6-    Types all confidential letters and reports as well as IOM documents and forms related to IOM operational matters.     7-    Organizes the mission’s filing system, following IOM general guidelines. Files incoming/outgoing/faxes/letters and other documents accordingly. File research as/when needed for follow –up purposes.       8-    Any other duties that may be assigned.
