Assist in implementation and monitoring of IOM NFI, winterization and cash assistance programs in line with IOM agreements, policies and standards.
Represent IOM in cash and basic assistance related meetings pertaining to emergency and stabilization issues.
Liaise with UN, NGOs, local authorities and other counterparts to coordinate implementation initiatives in basic assistance programs, including winterization and other cash-based interventions.
Ensure all distributions are reported and that related beneficiary databases are compiled and updated.
Identify problems in distribution project/programme implementation and propose solutions to the Emergency Response and Stabilization Coordinator and the shelter/CCCM coordinator.
Follow up with the IOM relevant colleagues on all procurement and distribution of materials relevant to program activities especially NFIs in both Beirut and IOM field offices.
Act as IOM focal person for operational interactions with the smart card provider that the mission is dealing with, in coordination with relevant finance colleagues, for different cash-based emergency activities, including those falling under shelter, basic assistance and livelihood sectors.
Coordinate with relevant colleagues at IOM (Beirut and field) to ensure successful implementation of basic assistance and cash transfer activities falling under IOM emergency projects
Perform other duties as may be assigned.
