Between 11 and 12 July, DTM field teams estimated that 675 households were displaced from Al Kordi and Shag Alnom villages in Bara locality, North Kordofan due to heightened insecurity. Households were primarily displaced to locations across Um Dam Haj Ahmed and Gharb Bara localities in North Kordofan. The situation remains tense and highly fluid. DTM will continue to monitor the developments closely and will provide further information on displacement and population mobility across Sudan. The latest DTM Sudan report is available here.
