DTM Sudan's Early Warning Flash Alerts provide immediate updates on incidents and sudden displacement in Sudan.
On 30 September 2025, a fire incident at an IDP gathering site in Golo town in Wasat Jabal Marrah locality, Central Darfur reportedly displaced 250 households. The affected households were displaced to open areas within the same locality. Approximately 200 shelters were destroyed and 50 were partially damaged. DTM will continue to monitor the developments closely and will provide further information on displacement and population mobility across Sudan. The latest DTM Sudan report is available here.
