DTM Sudan's Early Warning Flash Alerts provide immediate updates on incidents and sudden displacement in Sudan.
On 20 August 2025, an estimated 435 individuals were displaced from Wad Al-Hajam village in Al Radoum locality, South Darfur due to an intra-communal dispute over livestock between groups of Arab Awlad Abu Ali tribesmen. Displaced individuals reportedly sought shelter across other locations within Al Radoum locality. The situation remains tense and unpredictable. DTM will continue to monitor the developments closely and will provide regular updates on displacement and population mobility across Sudan. The latest DTM Sudan report is available here.
