The PHC supervisor will be responsible of overseeing and following up on COVID-19 vaccination activities at the targeted PHC and providing support and guidance to the PHC staff.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Act as a focal point for COVID-19 vaccination activities at the targeted PHC
- Oversee the workflow of the vaccination and monitor the implementation of the activities at the identified PHC
- Assist, support and resolve all issues faced.
- Provide support and guidance to the PHC staff as needed
- Ensure that staff are providing accurate data for reporting
- Monitor the employee’s attitude with beneficiaries and check-in regularly
- Monitor and audit financial operations related to staff salaries and running cost
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA):
- Self-motivated and initiative taker
- Organized
- Good communication skills.
- Dynamic personality with strong social, interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Good report writing skills.
- Ability to communicate with vulnerable populations.
- Willingness to use personal car
- Fluency in writing, reading and speaking Arabic is necessary
Experience:
- 2-3 years of work experience
- Previous experience in working with vulnerable populations is an advantage.
Working Conditions
Willingness to use personal car and travel to the field on a daily basis
