Senior consultant IT developer

Responsibilities and Essential Functions

The senior consultant developer is envisioned as a technical leading function, engaged full time in the accomplishment of the technical requirement of the project. 

The senior consultant is the technical focal point to supervise, coordinate, control and ensure technical coherence of the different components of the project that are:

1. Development of the platform / web-application with all its component (NGO outreach, health centers, NGOs follow-up, Borders and UNHCR VP, MOPH.
2. Development of the NGO outreach application
3. Completion and integration of the VaxyNation application within the platform
4. Maintenance and editing of the application
5. Design of the training and coaching sessions
6. Ensure that the final product is correctly implemented and used by the end users and by local and central EPI information managers
7. Supervise data flow and management of the final output
8. Delivery of a coherent and achieved product that can be expanded and ameliorated ultimately   

Deliverables

1. Monthly Progress report on the work achieved
2. Monthly Plan for the completion of future work
3. List of challenges and mitigations
4. Achieved and function EPI registry in 75 healthcare centers/vaccination point    

Qualifications

Knowledge, skills and abilities:​​​​​​

The following minimum qualifications are required:

• A proficient command of Arabic and English
• IT certificate (diploma/ University degree/LT Programing)
• Experience in development of web applications.
• Excellent knowledge of MVC, C#, Backbone.js, JQuery, Java Script, HTML, Bootstrap.
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience of DevExpress dashboard development is a plus

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of development web application
• A minimum of 3 years of development using MVC, C#, Backbone.js, JQuery, Java Script, HTML, Bootstrap.
• A minimum of 3 years of development of solutions for primary health care or immunization programs.
