The incumbent is to serve as a full time Driver to second a government body. The incumbent shall report to government line and will perform the following functions:
Terms of Reference
Delivery of the health record for all PHC and other health facilities in Lebanon
Conduct Transportation services for the PHC Unit as required.
Respects and adopts road safety behavior.
Ensures good maintenance of the MOPH vehicle.
Follow up with on all logistics related issues.
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member.
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
Assist in the preparation of meetings and conferences.
Performs other duties as required
Qualifications requirements:
Driving license for more than 3 years
