Field Coordinator

Responisibilities and Duties:   Establish timeframe for field work Coordinate field work with local representatives/community members Secure permission from local community leaders for data collection in selected clusters with help from local government representatives Prepare all materials in advance to be used in fieldwork and feedback to the office Work with government mapping bureau and international bodies to identify the needs Plan the logistics of field work collection Review all data collection form for consistency and completeness and data entry Ensure the successful development, implementation and monitoring of the project and the objectives of the project Be accountable for the transparency and quality of grant implementation processes and activities at the field level, including contracted services and project committees at the comunity level, including service-delivery community coordinator and reporting Attend all related work meetings in the regions to coordinate with other agencies working in the field Work closely with the logistics, financial and procurement teams in the application guidelines and procedures aimed at ensuring an appropriate, efficient and transparent use of funds Coordinate as required with the engineering team to ensure the technical quality of proposed, ongoing and conculding grant activities Provide regular reporting to the Program Coordinator and the senior management team on all aspects of grant implementation, from grant identification and contracting to financial reconciliation and close-out Monitor the political and security developments throughout the country, with a particular attention to areas of active and potential implementation; provide regular analysis and discussion with the senior management team of the same Perform other related duties as may be assigned
