Terms of Reference To follow-up on healthcare services provided to Lebanese and Syrians at Primary Health Care (PHC) settings, including vaccination activities implemented by MoPH at Public Health Care (PHC) settings  and UNHCR registration centers (Bekaa, TYR, and Tripoli, Beirut, Mount Lebanon) through field visits and outreach activities To make periodic utilization review of PHC services for the Lebanese and Syrian beneficiaries at PHC settings To help assess the morbidity rates (communicable diseases, malnutrition, etc.) among beneficiaries in the PHC centers To assist in collecting the related health data for the monthly report, specifically data  related to maternal and neonatal mortality especially among Syrian women in parallel to the existing report (MNMNS) To assist in collecting data and generating any other reports based on the needs of the PHC at MoPH To perform other duties as required Qualifications requirements: -Knowledge and skills:   university education in public health or health management. Candidates with a nursing background are encouraged to apply -Experience:                     at least 2 years of experience in the field of public health -Competencies:                excellent coordination and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, good team player, and ability to work independently -Computer proficiency: excellent computer skills and ability to manage large databases -Languages:                     excellent knowledge of English and Arabic. French is an asset - Nationality:                    holder of Lebanese nationality is a must
