The required tasks and duties of nurses in the primary health care Center (PHC) Comply with the professional practice standards for Nurses. Maintain good team work Assess the beneficiary’s situation through Triage Conduct all nursing work as well as vaccination services and related information. Carry first aid when required Provide family planning services and counselling Develop and maintain patient records and enter data in their files Assist doctors at the Primary Health care Center Ensure the availability of all supplies and equipment for the PHC clinic Review and document test results and follow up with doctors and clients. Prepare monthly statistics for the Ministry of Health and the Health Information System Department. Provide health education to families and individuals inside the Center and in the community as needed Participate in follow up on school health  for students within the scope of the Center’s work Conduct early diagnosis for Non- communicable diseases. Participate in the planning for assessment of needs and its implementation within the geographical area of the PHC Prevent and combat the spread of infection in the health Center and apply all measures for disinfection and sterilization.  Perform any additional tasks as directed by the Director of the PHC Center   المهام والواجبات الرئيسية للممرض/ة المجاز في مركز الرعاية الصحية الأولية    الإلتزام بمعايير الرعاية والممارسة المهنية العمل بروحية الفريق تقييم وضع المستفيدين من خلال  عملية الفرز (Triage )  .تطبيق كافة الأعمال التمريضية إضافة إلى خدمات التلقيح والإلمام بكل جوانبها القيام بالإسعافات الأولية عند الحاجة تقديم خدمات تنظيم الأسرة بما في ذلك المشورة إعداد وحفظ سجلات المرضى وإدخال البيانات في ملفاتهم تقديم المساعدة للأطباء في المركز التأكد من توفر اللوازم والمعدات اللازمة للعيادة مراجعة وتوثيق نتائج الفحوصات ومتابعتها مع الطبيب والمستفيد إعداد الإحصاءات الشهرية الخاصة بوزارة الصحة وقسم المعلوماتية تقديم خدمات التثقيف الصحي للأفراد والأسرة حسب الحاجة داخل وخارج المركز المشاركة في الكشف الطبي المدرسي ضمن نطاق عمل المركز المشاركة في برنامج  الكشف المبكر للأمراض غير الإنتقالية المشاركة في التخطيط والتنفيذ لعملية مسح النطاق الجغرافي وتحديد حاجاته العمل على منع انتشار العدوى في المركز الصحي وتطبيق كل ما يلزم لذلك القيام بأي مهام إضافية وفق توجيهات مدير المركز
