Major Responsibilities
Administer initial OCAT assessment and determine the strengths and weaknesses of CSOs.
Develop a training plan and training priorities for CSOs after initial assessment.
Support Program Manager in the selection and vetting of the training specialists consultants
Coordinate trainings with training specialist consultants and CSOs for multiple, and possibly simultaneous trainings in third countries.
Follow up on setting up of training activities in Lebanon or elsewhere as required
Write part of donor reports, detailing training plans, activities, and results.
Other duties as required
Requirements/Desired Skills:
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related work experience.
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and be accountable for results in a fast-paced, fluid and challenging work environment.
Responsive to changing demands with strong leadership skills and a strong initiative
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Fluency in Arabic.
English language skills and prior Middle East work experience are highly desired.
