IRC aims to establish one or two partnership(s) with local organizations operating in North Lebanon (Tripoli and/or Akkar area) for the implementation of an Early Childhood Education (ECE) program for vulnerable children aged 3 to 5 years old from the Lebanese and refugee communities.
The selected partner, with the support of the IRC, will also be delivering parenting sessions and community awareness activities for caregivers.
With the technical support from the IRC, the selected partner(s) will work towards achieving the following outcomes:
- Young children affected by conflict and displacement have greater access to ECE services and support
- Parents/Caregivers engage in more responsive and nurturing interactions with their children
- Educators establish supportive, secure, predictable, and inclusive early learning environments effectively utilizing play-based learning activities
The IRC will ensure the highest standards of fairness, transparency, and objectivity in the selection process. The Proposal and Budget forms, eligibility criteria, and details on the application process are available in the enclosed Request for Application Form.
