Lebanon, Country Program BID NOTICE The International Rescue Committee (the IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. With funding from various international donors the IRC supports Syrian refugees and host communities throughout Lebanon in the areas of protection, women’s empowerment, economic recovery and development and education. The IRC invites you to submit a proposal for “Office Rental Spaces in Beirut ". The Request for proposal (RFP) containing invitation to tender, instructions to bidders, annexes, general & special conditions of the contract etc.. The RFP can be collected from IRC Office in Beirut, located at 711, Alfred Naccache St., Near AUST University, Azouri center, 8th floor, Ashrafiye from Friday 20th of October, 2017. Contact person for RFP collection is Ms. Sabreen El Mawla. Office hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm from Monday until Friday.
