Request for Proposal (RFP) for Medical Insurance The International Rescue Committee (the IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. With funding from various international donors the IRC supports Syrian refugees and host communities throughout Lebanon in the areas of protection, women’s empowerment and economic recovery and development. The IRC invites qualified companies to submit a proposal for first class medical insurance without NSSF for its up to 230 national employees for a period of 1 (one) year effective March 22, 2014. The RFP with detailed requirements can be collected from IRC Office in Beirut, located at 711, Alfred Naccache St., Azouri center, 8th floor, Ashrafiye from February 10, 2014. The proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Proposal for Medical Insurance – IRC” and hand delivered to the same address before 16:00 on February 24, 2014. No proposal will be accepted after this time.
