Request For Proposal (Rfp) For Provision Of Stationary Supplies For Zahle

The International Rescue Committee (the IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. With funding from various international donors the IRC supports Syrian refugees and host communities throughout Lebanon in the areas of protection, women’s empowerment, economic recovery and development and education. The IRC invites qualified companies to submit a proposal for the provision "Stationary Supplies, Zahle" for establishing a Master Service Agreement for over the course of one (1) year. The RFP with detailed requirements can be collected from all IRC Offices in Lebanon such as Beirut: located at 711, Alfred Naccache St., Azouri center, 8th floor, Ashrafiye - Zahle: located at Zahle High Way- Moussawi Building- 1st Floor, near “Al Saker” Station and “Rayya for Transportation. from May 25, 2016. Contact person for RFP collection in Beirut is Ms. Sahar El Hassen and in Zahle is Sarkis Heneskehian. Office hours are 9:00 - 15:00. The proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “IRC - Stationary Supplies, Zahle" and hand delivered to the Zahle address before 15:00 on June 27, 2016 (extended date) to be placed in the tender box. No proposal will be accepted after this time or submitted in another office rather than Zahle.
