The International Rescue Committee (the IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. With funding from various international donors, the IRC supports Syrian refugees and host communities throughout Lebanon in the areas of protection, women's empowerment, economic recovery and development and education.
The IRC invites qualified companies to submit a proposal for providing "Vocational Training". The Request for proposal (RFP) containing invitation to tender, instructions to bidders, annexes, general & special conditions of the contact etc... for the supplier can be collected from IRC office in Beirut, located at 711, Alfred Naccache St., Near AUST University, above UPS, Azouri center, 8th floor, Ashrafieh from May 18th, 2018.
Contact person for RFP collection is Ms. Nayiri Karageuzian. Office hours are 9:00 am - 3:00 pm from Monday till Friday. The proposal must be submitted in the format of One sealed envelope marked "Vocational Training Financial & Technical Proposal” and hand-delivered to the same address before 15:00 PM on June 04, 2018.
