Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Provision of School kits The International Rescue Committee (the IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. With funding from various international donors the IRC supports Syrian refugees and host communities throughout Lebanon in the areas of protection, women’s empowerment and economic recovery and development and education. The IRC invites qualified companies to submit a proposal for provision of 2,000 Student Kits, 167 Classroom Kits and 167 Teacher Kits. The RFQ with detailed requirements can be collected from IRC Office in Beirut, located at 711, Alfred Naccache St., Azouri center, 8th floor, Ashrafiye from May 13, 2014. The quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “School kits – IRC" and hand delivered to the same address before 16:00 on May 22, 2014. No proposal will be accepted after this time.
