Major Responsbilites:
• Participate in assessment and data collection to determine eligibility for MPCA
• Follow daily activities through field visits
• Ensure that the daily targets are achieved in close coordination with supervisor
• Coordinate and collect MSME referrals, working closely with the Emergency Response Team
• Carry out, on field, Needs Assessment and perform basic scoring in line with guidance from Private Sector Engagment Manager
• Support the Cash Assistance Officer in implementing cash for work activities within the Emergency Response frame, ensuring they are completed within the given timeline
• Participate in PDM data collection
• Carry out field visits following disbursement of cash to monitor price changes of basic needs’ stape items within the communities
• Collect records of attendances and prepare other needed supporting documents
• Maintain the program’s records, as per activity guidelines
• Draft weekly and monthly reports
Job Requirements:
• Secondary studies degree or higher
• One year experience in a related field
• Previous field experience highly preferable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in an emergency context, independently and with limited supervision
• Basic MS Office skills (Word and Excel)
• Diligence
• Attention to details when collecting data
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is a must.
Working Environment: This position is based in Mount Lebanon Livelihoods Center, Mkalles, with a daily presence in the field to ensure a correct implementation of the intervention.
