The IRC is currently looking for a Service Provider -finance assistant to support our financial department day to day work in Akkar. The previous Finance Assistant already left the IRC on June 2021 and therefore we are facing a load of Admin work (filing, Distribution, …) which is now accumulated.
The main responsibility of a finance assistant is to support the finance department with the filing, scanning, supporting in extracting the documents for any audit request, in addition to any administrative work.
To be successful as a finance assistant, you should have strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, good organizational skills and working knowledge of accounting software. Ultimately, a top-notch finance assistant should have integrity, excellent skills, and an understanding of data privacy standards.
Deliverables:
- Scanning
- Filling
- Distribution
- Filling the replenishments
- Other task requested as per the above deliverables
Schedule:
- Working hours from Monday till Friday, from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Advanced Diploma in Accounting from recognized College/Institution (or degree)
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Ability to prioritize among multiple tasks.
