Background of the project

Scope of work
The Service Provider will support the recruitment needs of the various departments and hiring managers in Lebanon Country Program main office and field locations through sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checking and final negotiations for open positions. S/he will also support the team in finalizing offers through executing reference checks, background checks, scheduling interviews, and securing proper documentation.
Deliverables:
- Posting the vacancies on IRC careers website and used platforms.
- Coordination with hiring managers to understand job needs and requirements.
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of CVs.
- Interviewing and presenting recommendations for hire.
- Scheduling interviews for candidates with hiring managers and technical interviewers.
- Reference checking and ensuring compliance.
- Extending offers and closing requisitions.
- Ensuring each recruitment process is documented and available for further reference.
Schedule:
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Requirements:
- Bachelor University Degree, preferably in management, human resources, industrial psychology, or related fields.
- 1-2 years previous experience in Recruitment.
- Language Skills: Excellent in Arabic and English.
- Strong ability to prioritize work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and coordinate multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, creativity, and flexibility.
- Energetic, with great networking and communication skills.
