The purpose of this tender is to rehabilitate BLAT and/or KFAR ROMMAN Intermediate Public schools as part of INTERSOS activities in South Lebanon. Tenderers have the right to submit an offer for either one or two lots.. Incomplete pricing of a certain lot (i.e. pricing for all its sections) or inconsistent offers will not be taken in consideration
You are kindly requested to submit your best offer for the project request whose technical specifications are annexed to the present letter.
7. EVALUATION CRITERTIA

8. AWARDING CRITERIA
The work contract(s) will be awarded to the offer with the best quality-price ratio among administratively compliant offers, based on the lot-by-lot evaluation. Each lot will be independently evaluated and a contract will be awarded for each lot.
