Call For Supplier - IT Support

To Whom it may concern,

INTERSOS is searching for IT suppliers to provide us with assistance related to technical matters

The Assistance service should include the below:

• Physical checks upon request and prior appointment in case of non-solvable online support
• Online Support, from Monday to Friday 08:00 am till 05:00 PM

Each Intersos base is considered as a Lot, you can apply to any or all of the lots

Lot 1: Mount Lebanon Base, located in Badaro. Approximate number of Users is 90 (Including laptop, printer and routers)

Lot 2: South Base, located in Tyre Approximate number of Users is 30 (Including laptop, printer and routers)

Lot 3: North Base, located in Tripoli Approximate number of Users is 45 (Including laptop, printer and routers)

Lot 4: Bekaa Base, located in Zahle Approximate number of Users is 50 (Including laptop, printer and routers)

If your company can provide the requirements, and you are interested in working with us, you are kindly requested to send us an email introducing your company and the scope of work you cover and the information needed from our side to be able to give us a proper detailed quotation.

We will then send you the request for quotation along with the supplier pre-qualification documents that you will sign and stamp
