Suppliers are not obliged to apply to all lots but are to apply for all the items that are in the same lot, because if not they will be considered as disqualified.
Please find attached the pre-qualification documents that are mandatory to be filled, signed, and stamped along with the RFQ, or suppliers can use the below link to create an account in INTERSOS portal so you can be filling the requested parts directly:

How to Apply
- Attached you may find the procedure requested performance guarantee, so the awarded supplier for each lot must keep a performance guarantee with INTERSOS for the percentage of 10% of the total FWA amount.
- Suppliers are not requested to provide data sheets in which they copied our minimum required specs, instead they are entitled to submit a proper and clear data sheet for all the requested items in each lot.
- Please specify the manufacturing origin for each item you apply for.
- A sample for item 1 in lot 1 is mandatory before the quotation deadline, suppliers wishing to apply on this lot are requested to submit the whole dossier by hand to the below location :
