Technical studies for two locations to purchase Electric Generators

INTERSOS is launching a new project in two different locations: Bourj Hammoud and Barja, the project is mainly related to the purchase of two generators along with many other electrical components.
The suppliers are requested to do a mandatory field visit for technical assessment in order to be able to provide us with a detailed technical/electrical study and price the requested items accordingly, please find attached the RFQ to be filled upon the visit, along with the prequalification documents.
please make sure to include the electrical installation fees in each lot, as well as the cost of crane rental to deliver the generator to the destination and the transportation fees.

Lot1- Karagheusian
Association Bourj Hammoud- a project that consists of the increase of the electrical capacity of a healthcare center.

The Karagheusian Association center is located in Bourj Hammoud, where they have a functioning generator and installed solar panels, for this center we need to procure and install a new generator with a soundproof enclosure and an ATS, a fuel tank of
2000L and a hybrid inverter APS system with its batteries.

The visit to this centre has to take place on Monday, October 4th at 10 AM, during the visit the suppliers are requested to make a whole electrical assessment for the whole center in order to be able to provide us with a study for all the electrical
installations required, the adequate generator capacity, the adequate APS system capacity with the number of batteries to be installed.

Lot 2- Barja-
procurement and installation of an electrical generator for Barja Municipality to be used for a water pumping station in the village.

The visit to Barja Centre has to take place on Tuesday, October 5th at 10 AM, the emphasise of the visit is to conduct a proper assessment to know the right generator capacity to be installed.

Please note that interested suppliers shall perform a mandatory site visit and a detailed technical/electrical study before submitting their offers for the requested items, they can apply on both lots or one of the two, and make sure to annex data sheets of materials to the RFQ.
