4. FINANCING This contract will be financially covered by Intersos project funded by International Donor. 5. CONTRACTING AUTHORITY INTERSOS Humanitarian Aid Organization – Achrafieh,41 Saints Coeurs Street, Mansour Ferzli Building, 2nd Floor – Beirut – Lebanon 6. CONTRACT The purpose of this procedure is to open a contract tender for construction of a decentralized sewerage network, excavation of single unit pits and grey water system inside ITSs for refugees. 7. SELECTION CRITERIA Economic and financial standing of candidate. Technical and professional capacity of candidate with previous experience. 8. AWARD CRITERIA Best value for money: best economic offer, after check of technical compliance with all requirements. 9. TENDERING The complete tender dossier and Bill of quantities is available upon request: - by E-mail warehouse.bekaa.lebanon@intersos.org logistic.coordinator.lebanon@intersos.org - Deadline for requesting the tender dossier: 26/05/2017 - Date of the information session, in Zahle – INTERSOS office: 22/05/2017 10:00 AM. This session is mandatory. All bids received from tenderers who have not attended will not be considered. The tender must be submitted using the standard forms included in the tender dossier, according to the terms and conditions described in the “Instructions to Tenderers”. Tenders must be submitted at INTERSOS Office in Zahle: Ksara - Sawan Building - 1st floor, Zahle Main Road - Zahle Lebanon, by 31/05/2017, at 10:00 AM.
