Data Entry Clerk

Generic Duties: Receives daily reports/reporting & data documents from the protection monitoring (PM), the case management (CM), the community services (CS) teams and the enumerators/PDMs teams and store them correctly Prepares Wash reports when needed Prepares weekly and monthly PDMs reports Books cases on RAIS for the PDMs to visit Checks all assessment documents (HH level and community level) and FGD documents received from the field teams: Counts and organizes the hard copies for further processing Quick screening of hard copies of assessments to identify the most vulnerable cases, high or medium risk or abnormalities, etc. Further to proper check-ups enters on daily base all data into external (UN & partner) and internal (INTERSOS) data bases Receives the attendance sheets, monitor correct use of attendance forms of center beneficiaries’ activity Fill PRISM reports Check and prepare daily, weekly and monthly beneficiaries/activities reports for all CS activities (soft copies) Assist the PO in preparing the monthly protection monitor report; new data bases, new forms and databases for the different sub-sectors to the project (CS, PM/LA, CM) May be asked to perform other related duties as identified by his supervisor.   Specific Duties: (Can be adapted to the particularities of the job location and the requirement of the project. This section shall be revised whenever a new employee is hired).   Other tasks: -           Assisting in data entry for team leader when needed. -           Support WASH team with: Create new Data bases for the WASH data entry for WASH – hygiene promotion reports
