Data Entry Clerk

Generic Duties:

  1. Receives daily reports/reporting & data documents from the Protection Officers (POs),Senior Case Workers (SCWs) and Field Activity Officers (FAOs) and store them correctly
  2. Assist the Reporting Associate (RA) in the preperation and revision of data and M&E reports related to field activities (weekly/monthly/quarterly) donor reports and other ad hoc reports
  3. Prepares protection reports when needed
  4. Books cases on RAIS and update data in Activity Info
  5. Responsible for data entry of GBVIMS
  6. Support field staff in preparing data processed
  7. Contributing to the development of new tools for data collection and analysis
  8. Support in the preperation of standard documents (ex. Memorandum of Understanding)
  9. Support in the transalation of documents when necessary
  10. Support in the preperation of basic visibility materials (mainly content) in order to compel with donors and internal requirements.
  11. Be available to take part in meetings organized at INTERSOS office or in other offices as per management request.
  12. Further to proper check-ups enters on daily base all data into external (UN & partner) and internal (INTERSOS) data bases
  13. May be asked to perform other related duties as identified by his supervisor.

 

 

 

Specific Duties:

Other tasks:

  • Assisting in data entry for team leader when needed.
  • Support the Protection team with:
    • Create new Data bases for the protection monitoring
    • data entry for protectionreports

Professional Competencies:

  • Minimum 1 year or relevant experience in related field.
  • MS Proficiency (word, excel).
  • Good level of numeracy.
