Educator For Youth Center

1 Educator per centre (totally 5) with background and experience in working with adolescents, for each CFSs, will manage specific activities such informal live-base skills training, theatre, music, art, sport and/or language classes and awareness sessions for boys and girls teenagers, under the supervision and monitoring of the Project Manager and National Coordinator, according a detailed weekly and monthly plan.  Technical competencies: Good knowledge in the field of Child protection and specifically Youth; Good skills in training and facilitation; Mastery of IT tools (MS Office package, internet, email, etc.). Behavioral competencies: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with analytic approach; Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships; Ability to achieve results effectively, considering the need for speed, scale and quality; Good communication skills with adolescents, youth and parents.
