Enumerator (Enu)

Job Purpose: With daily movements to the field, the Enumerator (ENU) will have to interview a given daily target of refugees’ households (HHs) to collect correct and reliable information according to their specific role in the survey in coordination with supervisors, colleagues and all the actors involved in the survey/verification   Generic Duties: Support the supervisor to guarantee that host municipalities are aware of our activities in their area, ensuring that the relevant municipalities are constantly informed of date and location of interviews in due time; Support the supervisor to receive the lists of beneficiaries, prepare them, identify the beneficiaries locations, inform HHs members, etc.; Report complaints to the supervisor and refer the vulnerable cases to case management. Data Collection: conduct a number of HH visits per day (according to the predefined target) to rural and urban areas, tented settlements, collective shelters etc.; Make sure that all questions have been asked and that the recorded answers are clear and correct; Respect the time required for data collection, breaks and meals; Maintain constant contact with team members and beneficiaries (receive their requests, provide available information, etc.); Perform all other necessary actions for the functioning and success of the project in order to deliver assistance to the designated beneficiaries;  Follow security measures; Participate to the briefing and debriefing sessions and to the organization of the weekly plan with the supervisor.
