Livelihoods Coordinator

General duties and responsabilities: Coordinate a correct implementation of the livelihood program for INTERSOS in Mount Lebanon  Duties and Responsabilities Organize focus groups discussion with the targeted beneficiaries, in collaboration with the staff of INTERSOS CFAS, to identify the topics/subjects for the livelihood program; Ensure a proper data collection and analysis; Organize, coordinate and monitor the informal skill trainings for 50 beneficiaries in the three area of the project implementation: Chouf, Aley and Baabda districts; Identify the shops/laboratories/ateliers for the internship program for 50 beneficiaries in the three area of the project implementation: Chouf, Aley and Baabda districts; Coordinate and monitor the internship program for 50 beneficiaries in the three areas of intervention; Elaborate, in coordination with the Program Manager, a detailed activities planning for the whole livelihoods program accordingly to the needs assessed and to the specific outputs of the project; Monitor regularly the livelihood program (trainings and internships) in all the three areas covered by the project and ensure his correct implementation; Report to the Field Activities Coordinator and the Program Manager any problems or needs identified during the monitoring of the livelihood program; Produce and maintain in an accurate way a weekly report of the activities conducted; Informs the Program Manager about any difficulty met in the program implementation; Accomplish any other assignments given by the PM.  Reporting: Provide to the Program Manager a weekly and monthly report on the activities conducted.  Requirements: -      Being flexible and able to work in a multicultural environment and in a team -       Strong organizational and supervisory skills -       Honest, hard working and a self-motivated person -       Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken) -       Excellent knowledge of Arabic (written and spoken) -       Driving license is required -       Ability to move on a daily basis in INTERSOS centers in Mount Lebanon (Aley, Chouf and Baabda districts) -       Previous experience with INGOs is preferable
