MEAL Intern

Job Title      : MEAL Intern

Reports to          : MEAL Officer

Duty Station       : Mount Lebanon

Position Type     : Internship (volunteer)

Job Purpose:

The MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluating, Accountability, & Learning) Intern works in close collaboration with the MEAL Officer to learn and support on the basic MEAL tasks.

Generic Duties:

1. Maintain accurate data entry into the internal monitoring databases.  
2. Supporting in the process of checking activities documents in a well-organized, and proper manner.
3. Support in drafting and primary analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.
4. Support in the development of monitoring and reporting tools and in their analysis.
5. Be available to participate in field visits with the MEAL team.
6. Implementation of activities of the MEAL plan under the supervision of the MEAL officer.
7. Providing accurate qualitative and quantitative data collected in the field according to deadlines.
8. Conduct surveys and questionnaires for monitoring purposes.

Education:

• Student or recent graduate in Data Science, Information Management, Business Administration or Business Management, economics, Information Technology, Statistics or related fields.

• Computer proficiency (Word, Excel – proficient in formulas and charting, outlook).
