Job Purpose:
The reporting officer is responsible for reporting, processing, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data concerning the protection activities implemented by INTERSOS.
Generic Duties:
Maintain accurate databases by monitoring and reviewing regular sources of information
Update on a weekly and monthly basis the internal and external databases.
Support in the development of monitoring tools and in their analysis
Deliver trainings to field staff on databases, tracking sheets and reporting related tools
Be available to participate in sectorial meetings and trainings organized by INTERSOS or external stakeholders Accomplish any other tasks requested by the line and technical manager
Coordinate at the National Level the harmonization of the monitoring tool
Process weekly, monthly and quarterly internal and external qualitative and quantitative reports.
Monitoring and Reporting
Provide daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly quantitative and qualitative updates on the base of the tools adopted.
Ensure the effective adoption of internal and external monitoring systems.
Other Specific Duties:
(Can be adapted to the particularities of the job location and the requirement of the project. This section shall be revised whenever a new employee is hire).
Revise the format of any document related to CM (BID, Referral forms...) as requested by line manager.
Receive all data needed from the information management unit and compile the bi-weekly report
Receive data and numbers from information management team for Case Management, Protection Monitoring, Legal Assistance and Community Services and report monthly on Activity Info
Reporting monthly on the GBV IMS and briefing Protection Manager on trends, gaps and needs
Prepare monthly the cash assistance tracking sheet and send it to the Protection Manager for checking. Afterwards he/she will send it to the Donor.
Compile the cash assistance database on a weekly basis
Compile the cases database (incident and index) on a weekly basis
Keeping track of all referrals coming from Implementing Partners and the Donor in the database (follow ups)
Keep track and update the service directory
If requested by UNHCR, upload info on RAIS on case management cash assistance and related matters
Keep track of trainings and meeting document on a monthly basis
Competencies: (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Professional Competencies:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Relevant GBV background possibly working with early marriage, Sexual and Reproductive Health, Woman protection or any related field…
- Computer literacy (Word, Advanced Excel – proficient in formulas and charting, outlook)
- Analytical and reporting skills
Behavioural competencies:
- High confidentiality and respect data protection procedures.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to work under pressure
- High degree of flexibility
- Very good communication skills.
