Reporting Officer

Purpose /Objectives The reporting officer is responsible for data entry, processing and analysis and for translating reports in Arabic and English.   Responsibilities/duties Prepare sections in the weekly and monthly reports; Prepare/update monthly overview of Protection cases (gender, age, typology, referral, follow-up and cash assistance info to be included)  Monthly update MoU, training and awareness sessions overviews Compile & prepare distribution reports Serve as interpreter when requested by activities coordinator or project manager; Support the Field Activities Coordinator, and all staff in the preparation of various reports and matrixes to be sent in English to the Project Manager and Protection Officer; Translate legal and social cases reports from Arabic to English. All reports must be WORD processed.   Job requirements -          Bachelor degree in social work or any related field -          Fluency in English and Arabic is MUST -          Demonstrated experience in working with MS Word and MS Excel, MS PowerPoint -          Prior experience in reporting position in INGO will considered a plus -          Understanding of refugees context and setting -          High motivation and hard worker -          Team player -          Good planning and time management, respecting deadlines
