Reporting Officer/ Data Entry

Purpose /Objectives The reporting officer is responsible for data entry, processing and analysis and for translating reports in Arabic and English.  The date entry will work  in INTERSOS office in Beirut with possible movements in Mount Lebanon. Responsibilities/duties Prepare sections in the weekly and monthly reports; Prepare/update monthly overview of SGBV & CP cases (gender, age, typology, referral, follow-up and cash assistance info to be included) using GBV IMS system and internal database; Compile & prepare distributions reports; Serve as interpreter when requested by Programme manager; Support the Field Activities Coordinator, Educators, Team Leader Social Workers and Case worker in the preparation of various reports and matrixes to be sent in English to the Programme Manager and Protection Officer; Translate legal and social cases reports from Arabic to English. All reports must be WORD processed. All the other tasks asked by the programme Manager.  JOB requirements -          Bachelor degree in social work or any related field -          Fluency in English and Arabic is MUST -          Demonstrated experience in working with MS Word and MS Excel, MS PowerPoint -          Prior experience in reporting position in INGO will considered a plus -          Understanding of refugees context and setting -          High motivation and hard worker -          Team player -          Good planning and time management, respecting deadlines
