Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for consideration of this tender, a tenderer should meet the following requirements: Company Registered and has a financial number Flexible in payments Has a working experience in the requested items. Sample of the needed items is important Clear quotation stamped and signed by the company name. Delivery cost must be mentioned on the quotation to Saida and to other places in Lebanon.
