Purpose of the position/Position Summary:
The Field Supervisor will oversee the effective implementation of the health services component at the community level. This includes coordinating service delivery with health partners, supervising the support provided to beneficiaries, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the intervention meets its objectives in a timely, accountable, and high-quality manner.
Key responsibilities:
The Field Supervisor is responsible for supervising, overseeing the implementation, and reporting on the field -level activities, including:
- Coordinate with the contracted health facilities.
- Responsible for the case management to project targeted beneficiaries.
- Beneficiary identification and verification.
- Ensure accurate beneficiary documentation and follow-up.
- Ensure that individual need assessment, case plan, follow up and case closure is conducted and updated when required.
- Prepare beneficiary service tracking sheets.
- Conduct regular field visits to verify service delivery.
- Oversee daily implementation of project activities in assigned field locations, ensuring alignment with work plans and project objectives.
- Engage with communities and ensure feedback and complaint mechanisms are active.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold safeguarding standards.
- Maintain regular written and oral reporting with IRL health project officer.
- Prepare and submit final field report summarizing achievements and lessons learned.
- Regularly report to the health officer about any difficulty met in IRL activities implementation.
- Facilitate and coordinate with IRL monitoring and evaluation officer and enable him/her to reach all documents needed and meet the beneficiaries as required.
Required:
- University degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory or coordination role within NGOs or humanitarian organizations.
- Strong knowledge of the local context, including refugee and host community dynamics.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written); good command of English is an asset.
- Willingness to travel frequently to field sites.
- Ability to work under pressure and in complex emergency settings.

- Follow and respect the security policy, guides and instructions.
- Report any security event or incident to the security focal point for any incident that might took place in the working environment all the time
