Forman/ Asssitant Engineer

Project’s context Composed of seven International organizations in Syria region, including four in Lebanon, the YOUTH RESOLVE YOUTH RESOLVE aims to strengthen youth resilience and empower youth as leading actors in post-conflict reconstruction in Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq and Turkey.  In Lebanon, Islamic Relief Lebanon is working in four different aspects (Cash/Food for Work, Psychosocial Support, Active Learning, Social Stability and Rehabilitation of CBC) in Saida City – South Lebanon.    Overall Responsibility The Forman will be contracted and will be consulted by MADAD Project Coordinator and MADAD Consultant Engineer for the implementation of the Rehabilitation of a Community Based Centre in Saida city – South Lebanon. Rehabilitation will include: Building Rehabilitation, Sanitation Rehabilitation, Electricity Installment and Outdoor Rehabilitation. Main Duties and Responsibilities Carrying out the day-to-day monitoring of 100 beneficiaries working in the rehabilitation work Assist the Consultant Engineer in providing accurate work plan of the  needed indoor and outdoor construction works Assist the Consultant Engineer in the preparation of the needed materials, supplies and tools needed for indoor and outdoor construction works Assist the Cash/Food for Work Officer in providing attendance sheet for the beneficiaries working the rehabilitation work. Ensure that the rehabilitation work of the community based center are going on time  Delivering weekly and monthly narrative submitted to MADAD Consultant Engineer as per donor requirements.
