Human Resources Officer

1. Directs staff in the processing of personnel transactions (holidays, attendance, leaves .etc), personnel record-keeping. 2. Responsible of receiving vacations and personal leaves form from all departments, classify records in the computers, calculation and give balance of annual leaves 3. Assist in preparing documents related to monthly salaries and payments of employees. 4. Follow up contracts start & end date to insure that all employees’ files have the required documents of renewal or terminated. 5. Insure all employees have insurance document. 6. Assist in new employment procedures (Advertisement, received applications, short listing classification). 7. Performing routine clerical duties including the processing of mail, filing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, scheduling of meetings related to recruitment procedures. 8. Prepare for interview such as: receive and screen resumes & applications, inform candidates, for interview, insure interview environment in professional manner. 9. Follow up the temporary employees, Volunteers and trainees. 10. Assist in preparing HR plan.
