Life Skills Coach

Overall Responsibility Under the supervision of the Project Officer, the Life Skills Coach will be responsible for providing life skills coaching to women and girls and particularly gender-based violence victims/survivors.   Main Duties and Responsibilities Coordinating with the Project Officer on the schedule of the life skills activities to be conducted. Providing life skills coaching and support for vulnerable women and girls and particularly GBV. Providing age-appropriate activities to vulnerable women and girls and particularly GBV survivors. Providing age-appropriate quality activities in safe spaces (community centers and women resource centers). Managing referrals to IRL’s Psychosocial Expert. Providing feedback of actions taken to IRL Gender focal point and Project Officer. Providing progress reports to the Gender Officer on a weekly basis. Collecting the number of beneficiaries benefitting from the sessions.  Directly reporting any security / field / office Incidents to the Gender Officer. Respecting and applying Islamic Relief policies and procedures such as “GBV Policy” and “Confidentiality Policy”. Submission regular reports to line management. Performing any other duties requested by line manager.
