The volunteer will be supporting the humanitarian team in distributing and MEAL team in data varification and collection.
Activities:
Support MEAL department by monitor activities and monitor the porject implementation in the field
Follow up the preparation and contribute in the daily distribution across Lebanon
Prepare distribution breakdown and gather the data
Prepare the distribution list and update the database
Call our beneficiaries on a daily basis
Fill assessments as required with high proficiency
Fill accurate information collected via phone using excel as a tool
Follow the MEALs standard procedures for data collection
Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the MEAL Senior officer and Project Engineer
Prepare distribution checklist and Responsible of distribution materials
experience in engineering field and shelter activities is preferred.
